Cinecap プライバシーポリシー
Cinecap (以下「本アプリ」) は、ユーザのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得・利用する情報の範囲を説明します。
1. 本アプリが取得する情報
1.1 カメラ・マイク
- 本アプリはシネスコ撮影のため、 カメラ と マイク へのアクセス許可を求めます。
- カメラ / マイクから取得したフレームと音声は、 端末内でのみ処理 され、外部サーバへ送信・アップロードされることはありません。
- ユーザが明示的に撮影 (写真 / 動画) を実行したときのみ、 結果がアプリ内 Roll にローカル保存されます。
1.2 写真ライブラリ
- ユーザが本アプリ内で選択した 写真・動画のメタ情報、 サムネイル、 および PHAsset ローカル識別子 を取得します。
- 取得したデータは Roll への取り込みおよびシネスコ作品としての書き出し のみに使用されます。
- 動画はトリミング・書き出しのため一時的にアプリの Documents 配下にコピーされます。 写真は PHAsset 参照とサムネイルのみアプリ領域に保存します。
- 書き出し完了時に、 ユーザの許可がある場合のみ写真ライブラリへ書き戻します。
1.3 広告識別子 (IDFA)
- 本アプリは Google AdMob を用いて広告を表示します (Pro 解放後は広告を一切表示しません)。
- App Tracking Transparency (ATT) プロンプトでユーザが 許可した場合に限り、IDFA が AdMob に渡されパーソナライズされた広告に利用されます。
- 同意しない場合は非パーソナライズ広告として動作し、 広告自体は引き続き表示されます。
1.4 AdMob による自動収集情報
- Google AdMob SDK は広告配信のためデバイス情報を自動的に収集します。 詳細は Google の公開資料を参照してください: https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
1.5 EEA / UK ユーザーへの GDPR 同意 (UMP)
- 欧州経済領域 (EEA) および英国のユーザーには、 アプリ起動時に Google の User Messaging Platform (UMP) を通じて同意フォームを表示します。
- パーソナライズ広告に同意しなかった場合は、 SDK は非パーソナライズ広告のみを取得し、 IDFA / IBA (行動ターゲティング) パートナーへの情報共有は行いません。
- 同意ステータスは Google アカウントではなく端末側 UserDefaults に保存されます。
1.6 アプリの設定・購入状態
- UserDefaults および StoreKit のトランザクション情報 (Pro 解除済みフラグ等) は 端末ローカルにのみ保持 します。
2. 第三者への提供
- 本アプリが情報を提供する第三者は Google AdMob のみ です。
- Google のプライバシーポリシー: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- これ以外の第三者に対し、 ユーザの撮影データ・写真・サムネイル等を送信することはありません。
3. 児童のプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳未満のユーザを対象としていません。 13 歳未満から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
4. データの保存と削除
- 本アプリが端末内に保存するデータは、 アプリを削除することで完全に削除されます。
- iOS の設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > カメラ / マイク / 写真 / トラッキング から、 各種許可をいつでも変更・取消しできます。
5. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーが変更された場合は、 本ページの掲載をもってユーザへの通知に代えます。

Cinecap Privacy Policy
Cinecap (the “App”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what information the App collects and how it is used.
1. Information the App Collects
1.1 Camera and Microphone
- The App requests access to the camera and microphone for cinemascope capture.
- Frames and audio captured from the camera and microphone are processed on-device only and are never uploaded to any server.
- A capture is saved to a local Roll only when you explicitly take a photo or finish a video recording.
1.2 Photo Library
- The App accesses metadata, thumbnails, and the PHAsset local identifier of photos and videos that you explicitly select inside the App.
- This data is used solely to import into a Roll and produce your own cinemascope output.
- Videos are temporarily copied into the App's Documents directory for trimming and export. For photos, only the PHAsset reference and a thumbnail are stored within the App.
- On export completion, the App writes back to the photo library only if you have granted permission.
1.3 Advertising Identifier (IDFA)
- The App displays ads through Google AdMob (no ads are shown once you unlock Pro).
- The IDFA is shared with AdMob only if you grant permission in the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, in which case it is used for personalized advertising.
- If you decline, the App continues to operate with non-personalized ads.
1.4 Information Collected by AdMob
- The Google AdMob SDK automatically collects certain device information for ad delivery. See Google's documentation for details: https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
1.5 GDPR Consent for EEA / UK Users (UMP)
- For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, the App displays a consent form via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) at launch.
- If you decline personalized advertising, the SDK will only request non-personalized ads, and no information is shared with IDFA / IBA (interest-based advertising) partners.
- The consent state is stored in local UserDefaults (not tied to any Google account).
1.6 App Settings and Purchase State
- UserDefaults values and StoreKit transaction state (such as the Pro-unlock flag) are stored locally on your device only.
2. Third Parties
- The only third party the App shares information with is Google AdMob.

- The App does not transmit your captures, photos, videos, or thumbnails to any other third party.
3. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- All data stored locally by the App is removed when you uninstall the App.
- You can revoke camera, microphone, photo library, or tracking permissions at any time via Settings > Privacy & Security on iOS.
5. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on this page; continued use of the App constitutes notice of the change.
